Peppermill Resort
After 17 great years at the Grand Sierra, we are moving down the street to the beautful Peppermill Resort.  After completing a $400 million expansion and renovation, the Peppermill is our new home!

Sessions Update!
2011 Sessions are now available for review. The program is 95% complete with expanded tracks in Equine, Shelter Medicine, more wet labs, and a bigger Small Animal track than ever before! 

Ultrasound Labs

Dr. Thomas Baker and Dr. Autumn Davidson will lead the Ultrasound Labs, sponsored by Universal Ultrasound.

Small Animal Basic Ultrasound and Small Animal Intermediate/Advanced Ultrasound – In a clinic setting each station will have three participants allowing for one-on-one instruction and ample opportunity to learn how to manipulate the ultrasound equipment.  Lunch will be provided for lab participants.  Pre-lab lectures are required to attend these sessions and transportation is provided to lab site. 
 

 

New for 2011: Expanded equine and production animal tracks.

In response to survey responses from 2010 attendees, the 2011 scientific program has doubled the equine education track and plans are being finalized for equine labs at near by Comstock Animal Clinic.

Dr. Thom Haig, Chairman of the Scientific Program Planning Committee, and Small Animal Chair for WWVC, is committed to creating an outstanding program for veterinarians, technicians, and office managers in multiple tracks.
